We have many wonderful memories of times spent in Southgate, Langland, Mumbles & Cardiff with Marian (and of course Graham since they were such a well matched couple). They both, and Marian in particular, always made us feel so welcome and truly a part of their wider family. I don’t know quite how she did it - she seemed to always have time (like someone out of a Harry Potter story) for everybody, always interested in how we and the children were getting on and always being up to speed with everything.
